Efcolor Low Temp Enamel Primer is a primer (adhesive) for Efcolor powder when applying to absorbent or awkward shapes, for instance a curved, carved or undercut surface. It will  help the powder adhere better. Can be diluted if required – dilute and  clean up with water.
