Ideal for making your wedding cakes, cakes, candy cakes, our round polystyrene discs are very easy to use. Simply overlap them to obtain a wedding cake. For candy cakes, simply place your candies and marshmallows on the polystyrene discs. Do not hesitate to double the thickness of the levels by simply superimposing two discs of the same diameter.

The straight edges mean you can produce beautifully crisp and clean lines when decorating with fondant icing. This will save you time over traditional chamfered or bevelled edge dummies as you do not have to spend as much additional time smoothing and shaping the edges!

The dummy can be iced using a variety of different mediums including fondant/sugar paste, buttercream, royal icing and can be used with modelling paste and modelling chocolate.
