Delivery Terms and Delivery Times
We only deliver within the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and overseas departments.

LA POSTE COLISSIMO
In Europe: Delivery in 3 to 5 business days from the time the package is collected by the carrier.
Outside Europe: Delivery in 3 to 15 business days depending on the destination, from the time the package is collected by the carrier.
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are calculated once the shopping cart is validated.

GLS and DPD
In Europe: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days from the time the package is collected by the carrier. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are calculated once the shopping cart is validated.
For other EEC countries (as well as Switzerland), the flat-rate delivery charge is €28.95, regardless of the order amount, for packages weighing less than five kilograms.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You must check the conformity of the delivered goods upon delivery and before signing the carrier's delivery slip.
You must also report any anomalies and confirm your reservations to the carrier by email no later than 3 business days following receipt of the item(s). Send a copy of this email to: contact@soledi-artdeco.com
If at the time of delivery:
You are not present or do not claim your package from our service provider within 5 business days, the package will be returned to us and a €8 fee will be deducted from your purchase refund.
If the original packaging is damaged, torn, or open, you must check the condition of the items.
If they are damaged, you must refuse the package and note a reservation on the delivery slip (package refused because open or damaged).
The statement: "Subject to unpacking and inspection" has no legal value and does not give rise to any recourse.
You've changed your mind/you made a mistake
You've changed your mind and ultimately no longer want the products you ordered. Returns are your responsibility, and the initial shipping costs will not be refunded. Simply return the products to us. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned package by logistics. Returns must be requested by email or telephone from our Customer Service team within 14 days of delivery.
Product returns will only be accepted for products in their original condition (packaging, accessories, instructions).
A €35 fee will be applied if you wish to have the return of the goods paid for by Soledi ArtDeco (large packages).
